It also negates enemy RES. Totally not OP at all (Sacred Stones nerfed the hell out of it).
Lolz. Too bad you need like 20 SPD to double with the damn thing. Honestly, with it you'd win every encounter with an enemy mage but it's otherwise superceded by fire considering the RES of non magical units.
