Lol I dunno. Maybe the pink is a little bright. I guess we could make it a darker pink or purple? It's not my group though. I'm just a tag along. XD Is it the brightness of the pink specifically, the flashing, or both? ~Forbidden Snowflake~

If the blinkotron's not changing for you, it might still have the old custom.css cached on your browser. Just refresh with cache disabled (shift-F5 or shift-click the refresh button) to force it to flush cache.

It's just a matter of custom CSS, you could use an extension like Stylish or one of its forks, or Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey scripting to bring it back.
If you must know, I just used a CSS animation to implement the blinking.
