Exp and WExp adjustments

After talking to Speedy tonight we've made some changes to Exp and WExp calculations to do some testing.

All Exp gained is doubled. Exp is back to normal.
Exp for Level 20 and Level **/20 battles has been doubled, making it the same as normal battles.
All WExp is increased by 1.

This is not permanent (as of right now) but it will be in place for the time being.

I'm not sure if Staves will give double exp as that may be another spot in the code. Gotta look into that.

And Staves should be doubling Exp now. Just have to have Speedy adjust the Exp for Fear and Miracle to 50 from 75.

My low level unpromo healers are very thankful for this and I am because we need to grind less. Is there a chance that we'll get weapon level increasing items?

Probably not unless it is necessary.

It's already happened lol...well not exactly lv1, but I've had D-C Ranks up vs B ranks of the same (or lower) level ala the Triple Letter Training~

Level 1 C/Level 2 B-ranks have, indeed, already happened. Lack of weapon rank increasing items would theoretically not really stop people from doing that :v

this squad entered a battle with all lvl 3-4, YYY and LLL were benched

GGG died first, so lots of units reached 6 and he's still 4, kind of sucks for balancing lvls

Luckily I have 10 units and will bench some people, but when you only have 6 units, you'll quickly end up with a unit getting behind

Yeah, I kinda have the same problem after said battle too. Half my units are lv. 5+, the other half -3. Thankfully Bonus exp. helped balance them a bit. Still it helps the units that last for awhile get exp fast. My Templar is Lv.7 now(after dodging the finishing blow and then a counter attack!)

Take a wild guess at which clone died first/was the only one to die.

If possible I'd vote for reversing the exp formulae for normal battles and keeping it for level 20 and **/20 modes because hey, extra exp from those might well balance the low level B-ranks a bit.

You can easily get B ranks on a lvl 1 by TBing if you want to. There would obviously be restrictions for when an item that increases weapon level would be able to be used. Every 5 levels or something like that, if something like that would be possible.

If we can't get such an item, or even if we can, why not make it possible for players to buy higher level units similar to the rentals we get in tournaments. Is there really a reason we need to grind every unit from lvl 1 in a game that has almost no battles going on? Which means we either noobslay across a period of months or TB them to the levels they become useful at?
