As the title says, I am introducing a new way to match-make in FETO. This is a skype chatroom specifically geared towards quick FETO battles and shall remain as such.

The rules are as follows:

• Matches MUST have a missed turn limit, no greater than 5.
  
• Matches MUST have a maximum time limit of 30mins or less.
  
• Players not searching for or playing matches have to leave the room (to not misrepresent the number of participants)       
  
• Violators will be removed from the chatroom
