I told this this was a terrible idea.
Marcus borrowed a horse and followed the Pharaen knights back to the town. He could only hope that Shad didn't do anything terribly bad. At least, he felt that way until he saw several giant rocks that weren't there before. Marcus jumped off the horse and ran from the combat into town. There he saw Shad unconscious in a woman's arms. On top of him was a book, which utterly terrified him. He grabbed the book off of him, before addressing them.
"Sorry, I'm with him. Where did he get this?" Marcus replied, being incredibly blunt. "He didn't walk through the whole of Lycia with this, so tell me, who owns this book?"
