I went with Levy's. I like to see a splice that's more than the sum of its parts--one that creates a whole new character from the pieces with their own personality.
Runner-up for me was Alusq, who also made a very original piece. However, I see some dissonance in the depth created by the right side of Pent's bangs not being further away from the viewer like the right side of L'ara's face is. In contrast, it seems like Levy noticed that and played with the bangs a bit. That little difference is what decided my vote.
Special mention to Swift Assassin for excellent color vibrancy. Even though the base is mostly Leila, it doesn't remind me of her at all because of the switch to FE8 palette and the little changes that made a big difference.
