I think you already plan to explain more, but this is just for character creation. Short answer will do, thanks!

1) Your character can be from anywhere in Elibe, but there has to be a reason that your character has ended up within the confines of our current world map.

2) Nope. Right now our truncated World Map allows for RPs taking place in Lycia and western Bern. We'll eventually expand that, but that's a ways off.

By review, do you mean grading? I presume RPs are reviewed to keep track of the story, but just in case.

Grading sort of implies levels/weapons as rewards, and we're staying away from that. Review is for keeping track of the story.
