Who wants to play Link Arena? - Breadophile - 06-12-2014
I saw serenes do this a while ago and thought it might be neat.
Two people will create two teams of five (any legal combination, GBA games only) and battle each other much like in the link arena. The only catch is that the battle will be done through the forums instead. Two people will fight with a 3rd person simulating the battle.
Rules:
- Average 20/20 stats will be used, rounded down (check serenes for specific character details)
- No Hard Mode Bonuses
- Legendary Weapons that aren't bows do not gain an effectiveness bonus against wyvern riders
- Both teams from same game
- Everything else is the same as in the LA (Supports are a thing, you choose S Ranks, no trading/healing, etc.)
Ill be the battle simulator though someone else can do it if they want. Who wants to give this a go? And what game would y'all like to use?

A technical thing, but can't you link over the internet with the latest VBA's?

d'aw but I thought this would be more fun. Plus LA has some stupid things like points and weapons that don't need to have an extra damage bonus against what they have an extra damage bonus against.

hmm, true true
I guess we can do both. When I'm done fixing up FETO, I'll work with fala to set up a standard build of VBA with link support and such.
