You can have manakete characters now.  Silly restriction based on my inherent dislike for the class.

But as we all know, it's not just about me, now is it?  So to heck with it - you want a dragon OC, go for it!


Minor stipulations and potpurri:

Manaketes are human characters that possess the ability to turn into a dragon with the aid of a dragonstone.  So please don't hit me with that "ACTUALLY s/he's a dragon/bird/human/Zangoose shapeshifter" nonsense.

Yes, there is still a two-character limit Swift.
