A lot of experts say that newer generations have the potential to be incredibly intelligent due to the stimulation of core brain functions provided by newer technology.
Your child's going to be a genius. Feed her brain.
I plan to! But not too much tech, I don't want her to wind up like I did growing up. Gotta get outside once in a while! If she learns to love cars like daddy we'll get her out of the house one way or the other - teach 'em how to fix things young!

Your daughter is going to be extremely intelligent and spoiled loved. I'm actually kind of jealous. XD
My niece used to count all of the time when she was super little because my brother was trying to teach her numbers and the alphabet as early as possible. His friends would visit and she'd be counting while she played and they'd be like, "You make her count and stuff at that age? You're kind of a jerk." She loved counting though so she did it all of the time. Rofl
A jerk? Really? Learning the alphabet and your numbers young is great! It's a good time to make learning fun since there are so many ways to incorporate it.
By the same token, we know Emma doesn't quite understand what we're saying yet, but we don't just baby talk her all the time - we have our one sided conversations. She'll pick up on things faster if we don't treat her like a baby from sun up to sun down. Daddy loves cars, games, books, movies - she's got tons to pick up on.
