Bio/Backstory: Elsinore was studying to be a mage at the time of the Lycian invasion. With magic abolished by the imperial occupation, she was forced to go into hiding. Along with several of her fellow students, she became involved with a rebel group in Aquleia. Their goal was to expel the Lycians from the city and retake their country... unfortunately for them, such a goal was as unattainable as it was unrealistic. The only outcome of their foolish optimism was their capture by the Imperial forces. Elsinore, who was thought to know more than her comrades, was taken into the custody of a squad of imperial soldiers. She was en route to a dungeon in Ostia--a destination that would ultimately have ended in interrogation and execution--when a pair of mercenaries arrived to rescue her. Though the older of the two was left behind to cover their retreat, Elsinore was saved. She and the younger mercenary, Kerion, are now attempting to reach the border of Lycia and Bern--the only place they can be sure of their safety.
