The new boost in exp isn't all that good

this squad entered a battle with all lvl 3-4, YYY and LLL were benched
GGG died first, so lots of units reached 6 and he's still 4, kind of sucks for balancing lvls
Luckily I have 10 units and will bench some people, but when you only have 6 units, you'll quickly end up with a unit getting behind

edit : so I'd be in favor of returning back to old exp gains, sadly.
