[Bug?] Twin dual skill activation - Speedchain - 02-18-2016 I had a match up where I was 1 point away from activating astra with 0 wt weapons, but using my twin weapon didn't activate it.  Are twins supposed to have no effect on dual stat skills or is this a bug?
