Fess has curly black hair which, despite attempts, will never straighten out. It is largely left undone aside from a pair of small blue glass beads tied around the top of either of her side bangs, which bring out the blue of her irises.
Not without ample supply of food, her form is well filled, though kept fairly fit due to her upbringing more so than personal intention. Her skin a typical pale of an Ilian who spent their life indoors.
Despite attempts at getting her to be fashionable, Fess's tendency towards the lazier side of life left her attire to account at least 2 parts conform to any 1 part appearance. As a result, despite wearing white laced boots that reach up the the mid of her thighs, and a blouse not lacking in a degree of frill, its all rendered pointless when she's almost always seen wearing cloth robes, mostly of a royal blue color, with black and white parts to give it a more eye-pleasing design. Also, white cloth gloves to keep her hands clean of common filth.
The robes are practically a long skirt below the sash, and are covered with a mantle around her shoulders. Its quite warm. Despite this, any observer could tell she was something of a materialist by the number of packs attached to those robes, a full belt of pouches, and a pack on her back holding all manner of transportables.
Bio/Backstory:
Born as a third child of one of Ilia's noble house branches, the Eligors, Fess was raised in a very controlled, very non-stimulating environment. What didn't make things work so well was that, as it turns out, Fess was a fairly lazy girl when allowed to be, perhaps it was a product of her strict instructions and education that started at a young age. Perhaps she was just a bum!
Literacy, she had, martial arts training she forgot as soon as the course was finished, she had done and been done. However, when she was being given a general education for the elemental magics, she finally found something that caught her interest enough to invest any effort into. Primarily that of ice magic, which appealed to her sense of beauty and, to a degree, creativity. Even that began to wane, however, she simply had gotten "good enough" to use it and stopped at that.
It was around this time, when pressures of entering adult hood and taking up her potential duties, limited as they may have been, began to surface. It was also around this time, that Lycia's warmongering had reached its peak, and that it took a toll no only on its enemies, but its own citizens as well, the taxing resources put into the war had sucked a very different family, the Herans, dry. It was her mother's side of the family and it was well within House Eligor's intent to send what aid they could, and Fess had decided it was an opportune to time to esc-, do her part as a member and delivery a relief fund personally--taking one of the house's less battle-ready pegasi with her for the trip.
Misc:
-Major sweet tooth.
-Belphe is also pretty lazy.
-Carries a small, light weight spear, which she could almost know how to use if she got back to practicing, but effectively uses it to cast magic instead.
