Firstly, some positive crit. You've changed around the game extensively, what with new weapons, classes, third-tiers, storyline, characters and so on. That's worth several plus-point; after all, most hacks never go beyond giving everyone retarded stats and wacky random classes.

However, a few of the minor changes are rather annoying. For a start, what you've done with the music: merely removing a section of the score makes it sound awkward. Furthermore, your palette edits to the overworld sprites were inadvisable, particularly the grey palette, which is too easily confused with the "unit's turn ended" palette. Some of the random edits such as the text palette changes also look rather ugly and unnecessary. Finally, red text on a black background (see screenshot #6) is absolutely atrocious.
