I'm trying to make it go over his arm in an arch. How might I do this? |

On the text layer with the type tool on: Click the little T with an arched line segment under it. This is the Warp Text window. You then choose one of the options in the drop-down box and play around with the settings.
Then after that: Edit > Transform > Rotate. You can then rotate the text around without having to rasterize it. |
