Appearance/Description: Kethen can be described by only one word: ugly. He stands at 6’7” tall and every inch of him is marred in one way or another. His arms and face show the signs of many battles whether they be against steel or spell.
His brown hair is matted with grease and his beard is patchy at best. A single bushy brow sits above his lifeless black eyes, looking much like a an angry caterpillar trying desperately to hang onto his dirty skin.
He wears light, breathable clothing that allows full range of movement, preferring to wear armor only on his shoulders and shins. His favorite article of clothing would be a sleeveless leather trench coat.
Bio/Backstory: Kethen doesn’t talk much about his formative years. Mostly because he doesn’t say much about himself. He was born the eldest son of a blacksmith. It wasn’t a happy life, he was forced to grow up fast as his father spent more time chasing women and wine than he did at the shop. Young Kethen was a quick study and learned the trade fairly quickly but when his father died the business closed leaving the young man to fend for the rest of the family.
He was soon forced to lead a life of crime, often times violent crime. These events left him scarred and hardened his heart to the plight of others. He stopped wasting his time and money supporting his family and turned to hiring himself out to whoever would pay for his services. Axe in hand he travels the land looking for his next job.
