Name: Roscoe Haywire
Age: 22
Gender: Male.
Nation/Allegiance: Ilia's finest pegasus grounds
Appearance/Description: Roscoe dresses in an eye-catching, paramilitary-looking uniform emblazoned with stylized pegasi wings for a unit patch and altogether far too many medals for anyone of his age to have earned. Of course, none of them actually memorialize anything, and too close of inspection would reveal them to be simply cheap medals like one might give to a spelling champ in school.

If you can tear yourself away from the flashy outfit, Roscoe's mustache probably commands attention next. It's black and waxed and by far overwhelms the slicked-back black hair and bright brown eyes.

He's actually quite short and svelte, too, the former by a stroke of luck and the latter to suit his work.

Bio/Backstory: Roscoe intentionally doesn't talk much about his home life. It's not very exciting. Where it gets exciting is where he joined up with a group of Ilian barnstormers. This troupe of aerial daredevils put on traveling shows aboard specially-trained pegasi, doing such feats as wing-walking, jumping from mount to mount and generally looking as much like they're just about to die as they can without actually doing so.

It was in a trip further south than usual that one of their more cantankerous pegasi, Curtiss Jenny, fouled up a show by being recalcitrant and not performing. Curtiss Jenny being one of Roscoe's favorites, he worked out a (mostly) amicable agreement with the rest of the troupe to split and take Curtiss Jenny with him, leaving the rest of them to continue the main show.

That leaves Roscoe without enough other performers for a lot of the stunts he's used to, but on the other hand, perhaps it's time for the dashing rogue to put it to actual noble purpose and be somewhat heroic. If not, being close enough to earn more public and private accolades is a good substitute.
