Okay, I assumed that I wouldn't be activated for a while, after all, the mods have lives outside of this.
I mean, forgive my rudeness but why is the activation not done automatically through a confirmation link on an email sent? Would that not work slightly better.

The confirmation email system is down on feplanet.net. And even if the admins wanted to turn it on, they can't because 75% of the admincp features no longer work because of a memory issue.
Not to mention that site also has some massive spambot issues. (not that this forum is far better off per se)
In short, the fact FETO is even working right now is a miracle.

Unfortunately, I have no way to access anything regarding activation on the other site. The only thing I can do is delete/move topics. (I'm just a forum mod there)
The best I can do is leave a note on fensti's FB and hope he sees it soon enough.
Sorry for the delays. My life the past week and a half or so has been a bit crazy thanks to work. I normally check this every day or every other day. Everyone that has posted should be good to go!
As for the Admin CP on the other site, it magically started working again when I checked a couple weeks ago, so I could hypothetically do an automated system, especially since we don't really use the forums over there anymore. I'll look into that when I get a chance. Would probably involve me taking away all posting rights from Newbies/Members on the whole site so if any spam bots did join they wouldn't be able to post anyway.
